Truck Ranch was unlike any other dealer - in a great way. So easy to work with. No hidden shenanagans or last minute gotchas. Great inventory. Jake was incredible to work with and made it all worth the hike to Logan. He did a very thorough video walk through before making the drive. They even delivered the truck to us to save us another full day of travel. We will be back.

Everyone was extremely helpful here. I was look To get rid of an old truck and wasn’t having the best time with online ads. I asked for a quote and Brandon called me and was so nice about setting up a time to bring it in. I was able to bring the truck in and everyone there was very helpful and courteous and worked with me quickly. I’m very impressed with their kindness and them not being pushy at all. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. ****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.

We just bought a truck from these guys the entire experience was excellent! Customer service financing They installed the leveling system for us they even delivered the truck to us such an easy smooth seamless purchase. Jake Steve, Dakota, Tyson, all of them were great to work with.

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. Went in on a Friday after work after talking to Grant all week, drove it, mentioned the few things wrong with it, got it all taken care of and out the door in less than 3 hours which is the faster thats ever happened when I've gotten a vehicle. My wife and I stopped in today to look at a Chevy Tahoe we saw online after looking at a few other dealerships today. I worked with Aislinn over the phone and in person. After we wrecked our car we had many hoops to jump through to get insurance to pay out. She did everything in her power to get us all the paperwork and answer a hundred questions. And while I waited for the paperwork she helped me look for a new truck. Honestly she got things rolling for me faster than anyone else did.

****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.
