I stopped by Truck Ranch and drove a few trucks. They had some great options. I worked with Aislinn and Russ, both were kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Truck Ranch made a solid offer on a great truck. I ultimately decided to go with another dealer simply because they had a truck that better fit my needs. Although I didn’t buy a truck from Truck Ranch this time, I would absolutely go back in the future.

I've bought multiple trucks throughout the years even recently and the experience I've had with Aislinn and Russ and the team here at truck Ranch American Fork has been one of the best most straightforward clear and personal experiences have ever had with the truck buying. They are great at communicating and getting everything done to accommodate your time and your schedule. I love truck ranches warranty they offer it is covering me for 5 years and unlimited miles for bumper to bumper coverage at a very affordable price. It isn't a third party warranty program but it's straight through truck Ranch which makes me feel more confident that they will take care of me. I'm excited to continue to work with these guys in the future as we continue to buy trucks.

Justin at Truck Ranch did a phenomenal job helping us find a truck for our business. We had to search multiple state to find one, but when we did, we knew we could trust this company and the product they were selling. I think one of the main reasons we went with Truck Ranch was due to their extended warranty package. We have bought close to two dozen vehicles over the years and we have never seen an extended warranty package as robust and cost effective as Truck Ranch. It really makes you feel that this company stands behind their product.

Grant help me find a pickup. Ended up noticing some issues with the fuel pump a few hours after taking the pickup home. I called them back and they were able to get me in quick to fix the issue. I can tell they definitely care about their customers and will make it right.

We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased an 03 2500 and had it shipped to western New York. Working with truck ranch has to have been one of the most positive vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. Short of flying out to Utah to physically drive the truck, they made me feel comfortable with every question I had. We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
