I was looking for a newer diesel truck Josh from truck ranch was very helpful and will find the right truck that fits your needs. The truck I decided to go with did not have the 5th wheel package that i needed and the team made sure I could get it. They also worked with me on my time frame. Im also from another state and they did it over the phone and a few emails and made sure it ships right to my driveway. Thanks Josh and truck ranch crew for the great experience.

They are great people. but there is a tricky. You'll need to read the agreement more carefully because they told me they will get me new key and fob ready. I got them in the mail and tried it. It didn't working so I called them and told me they needed to be reprogrammed. I called GMC and they said they charge me 60 bucks to program it. They did do nothing and backed off...all they said is they sent me a new key. That is it. They did not take care of customer better. They need to improve their customer service and more honestly. Edited: They contacted me and resolved! Excellent customer service! NOV 2024- I contacted them about warranty that my GMC dealership in Idaho could not cover some labor cost BUT Truck Ranch is very good take care of it!! Gain my trust with them and HIGH RECOMMEND!!! THEY DO KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS! 100000%

We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased an 03 2500 and had it shipped to western New York. Working with truck ranch has to have been one of the most positive vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. Short of flying out to Utah to physically drive the truck, they made me feel comfortable with every question I had. Chris, Jesse, and Russ in the American Fork location went above and beyond to help us get the truck we had our eyes on! Chris was kind, patient, and informative from the start. Jesse ensured we were taken care of and that our small worries were settled. Russ was was informative and helpful, fastest car signing process we have ever been through! Truck Ranch was unlike any other dealer - in a great way. So easy to work with. No hidden shenanagans or last minute gotchas. Great inventory. Jake was incredible to work with and made it all worth the hike to Logan. He did a very thorough video walk through before making the drive. They even delivered the truck to us to save us another full day of travel. We will be back.
