After 7 months of searching for our perfect truck, we finally found our truck at Truck Ranch. Working with Xavier, Russ and the rest of the Truck Ranch crew was great. I worked with Xavier on buying a new truck. He was super accommodating and friendly. I called on a Friday night after they had closed and Xavier called me first thing Saturday morning. I couldn’t answer so he worked through text to help figure out all the details until I could get to the dealership. When we were test driving they worked the numbers and were ready to give us prices when we got back. We noticed a few things that needed to be fixed with the truck, which Cliff was great with and got them all fixed. Russ was also great to work with for financing and it was so smooth to get everything signed. We are so happy that we got to work with Xavier, Cliff, and Russ to get the perfect truck!

The 2022 Ford F-150 is an exceptional truck. The people who are there have your interest in mind and are super good about explaining everything there were no surprises and they carry top notch vehicle warrantys. Truck ranch is the spot to shop with well priced vehicles. Dakota my salesman was well versed on my truck, not only that but he picked me up were the bus dropped me off. Truck ranch makes it comfortable going into det with explaining everything to and answering any questions I had, but this isn't all I thought I found some problems and Dakota took me down to Oh's with no hesitation and passed there inspection with flying colors just brought it into the Ford dealership. Got an oil change and 100 point inspection from Ford and pass with flying colors at Ford. Thank you to tuck ranch for the amazing truck

We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
