Can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was here. I’m in California and purchased a truck from the Logan, UT location. Other out-of-state dealers seemed like they didn’t want to deal out-of-state purchases BUT Truck Ranch never even hesitated! They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make it happen. Jose helped me with my purchase and he was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They took care of everything so quickly! Great customer service from anybody that answered the phone and from Jose who helped me out. There was also no issue with my own transportation/shipping. When the truck arrived at my house it was extremely clean even though it just made an almost 800 mile trip. Seems like they waxed the truck which helped. The truck exceeded my expectations. Cannot stress enough how awesome Truck Ranch is!

Dropped by the Truck Ranch today to look at some trucks. I wasn’t looking to purchase anything today, but because they have every brand of truck that I was interested in test driving, I was able to make a decision today. David was my sales rep and made it very easy. Didn’t twist my arm or push me to make a quick decision and he didn’t have to. The trucks I drove today were all in great shape which made my decision harder. But I’m walking out with the truck my wife and I both love. David, thank you for your help and for educating me on the different features of each truck. I would highly recommend the Truck Ranch to anyone interested in looking at a variety of beautiful trucks.

I live in Colorado but I saw a truck I really liked that was located in Utah. Russ is the man! We cannot get our truck without his help and support. We bought a used truck, it is not perfect, there are a few things need to be fixed, but Russ is the man and get all done. That is called real customer service, especially after purchased the truck, he shows that he cares about our purchase and wants us to keep smiling. It takes a little longer but we feel like we got a brand new truck. Thanks to Russ again!!! We will recommend this car dealership to all our families and friends.

Drove down from Montana to look at a pickup. They had all the financing taken care of and truck was out front waiting for me to test drive. It was later in the evening and I wanted to test drive others to make sure I was confident in my decision. Because of the amazing team at Truck Ranch, especially Cliff, I needed to revise my review. They have helped me work through all the minor electrical issues that may happen with an older truck and are helping me with my transmission issues that arose a week after taking it home. I agreed to purchase a deleted truck, thinking I could register it without issue, but that wasn’t the case. Truck Ranch helped me through that and paid most of the cost of getting a catalytic converter put on to get it to pass. They also replaced the gas gauge and lift pump. I had to go without the truck for about a week, but it was worth it. Upon the truck's return, my touchscreen stereo and backup camera were no longer working, but Truck Ranch is working through this with me, which is more than what 95% of dealerships would do. It shows a lot about their integrity and how much their words mean! Coming from someone who had a few truck issues, you could buy from any dealership or a private seller and encounter these problems. You’d likely be hosed, but if you buy from Truck Ranch, you get a partner who will work through issues with you even beyond the sale. This is why I DEFINITELY recommend buying from Truck Ranch!

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. ****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.
