Aislinn helped us get a work truck here. She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very upfront and transparent. They were awesome to work with and we definitely didn’t feel the traditional haggle - sales pitch that you so often get at dealerships and we all hate. No hidden crap or other bs. It was so refreshing and maybe one of the best experiences purchasing a used car that we’ve had. I’d absolutely recommend Truck Ranch and especially Aislinn.

Everyone was extremely helpful here. I was look To get rid of an old truck and wasn’t having the best time with online ads. I asked for a quote and Brandon called me and was so nice about setting up a time to bring it in. I was able to bring the truck in and everyone there was very helpful and courteous and worked with me quickly. I’m very impressed with their kindness and them not being pushy at all. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. She did everything in her power to get us all the paperwork and answer a hundred questions. And while I waited for the paperwork she helped me look for a new truck. ****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.

Just bought a 2021 Chevy 2500 from truck ranch and worked with Xavier. I live in Wyoming and Xavier was honest and helpful when I talked to him about the truck on the phone. Drove 5 hours to go test drive the truck and there were no surprises when I got there. Definitely would want to buy another truck from any place Xavier works at.

Who would have thought to take a Tesla Model 3 to get repaired at a Truck dealership? Never assume they only work on trucks. Louis fixed a dent in my trunk and hole/crack in my bumper and did an absolute amazing job. It literally looks brand new. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Truck Ranch. From the bid process to putting me on the schedule and getting me a loaner vehicle the process was so smooth. I would recommend their service no matter what kind of vehicle you have. Louis, Paul, Sam and Levi were awesome to work with. I really appreciate all of your help.

Simply put, Thea guys rock and I’m actually excited to do business with them again. Picked a truck online, did my financing online so I didn’t need to sit there all day but it was approved with 30 minutes. I drove down and test drove it, in and out start to finish maybe another 20 minutes. Truck was washed and they even paid for a rock chip that was in the windshield after I drove off the lot. Friendly, professional, and just all around one of the best vehicle purchase experiences (in at least over 20 previous) Xavier was my guy, and he was awesome. He wasn’t pushy just there to answer anything and assist in the process. Finance guy was amazing as well. (Forgot his name ‍♂️) Highly recommend these guys!

Worked with Xavier on getting into an X5 they had, and he was always helpful. Ran into a few snags with the car being stuck getting an issue fixed at the BMW dealership, but he was always communicative on where we were sitting and kept me informed. Would happily purchase from here again and wouldn’t hesitate to ask for Xavier.

I was in the market for a quality used Toyota Tundra. It was important to me to buy a truck that wasn’t used and abused, and I also was looking for a truck that was in stock condition. I had seen trucks listed by Truck Ranch in the past, and had come across one of their listings for a used Tundra that looked like it fit my criteria. I worked with Elliot on the deal to purchase the Tundra as well as trade in my current Tundra. Elliot was honest, communicated well, and has a great demeanor. I live in Montana and the truck was at their Logan, UT location. I never saw the truck in person before buying. Elliot sent me the CARFAX, videos, answered my questions and talked through the vehicle history. I had prior Tundra models like this before so I was familiar with the platform, but he did a good job showing the vehicle remotely to help me make my decision. They were more than fair with my trade, helped with a warranty for the truck I purchased from them, and aided in finding acceptable financing. I took possession of the vehicle about halfway between where I live and their dealership. Yes, they drove to meet me so I would not have to drive the whole way for zero charge. Great customer service. These folks sell great trucks and so with class and integrity. If you’re in the market for a truck, know that they will sell you a quality be home, deal fairly and honestly, and you’ll leave happy you bought from Truck Ranch.

We found a truck online that seemed like a good deal so we thought we would take a look. We were pleasantly surprised that for the most part was a good deal. Usually those things are too good to be true so you are skeptical the whole time right? The inside was a little dirty and they said they would get it detailed, but really how clean could they get it? We had our own truck to trade in, but we would not get top $ for that either right?!? Well…jeez was I wrong. These guys went 110% above and beyond on this. First, they gave me top dollar for our truck, wow no one offered us that much. Second, the truck was almost spotless- the detail make a world of difference! Then after getting signing the loan on a Sat the finance guy says he can find me a better rate if he had more time to shop the loan on Monday. (Which was totally awesome!). Then the kicker…. I pulled out of the lot and about 2 hours later of driving my new truck i find out the air is not working. UGH!! I figure, this is it. This is were they get me. But NO! i let them know and they say, Bring it back in, AND we will give you a loaner while we fix it!!!! WHAT!?!? Monday I go back, sign new paperwork on a better loan, drop off the truck to get the air fixed. Tue all is good and now I have a truck with air! Never any hesitation to provide great service! Moral of the story is to not feel skeptical here! This was a great experience and I will be back if I need another truck. I will also not hesitate to refer others here too! Thanks!
