I recently purchased a truck from truck ranch in Utah. I’m from Reno and Grant made the over the phone purchase smooth and easy. He met me half way to deliver the truck. It helped me tremendously because I have 4 kids and live 8+ hours from the dealership. They have a great selection at a great price. Their warranty is unmatched. He went above and beyond for me and my family. He valued my schedule above his and worked diligently to get the deal done. This was hands-down one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve always been hesitant to buy a used or pre-owned truck because of the risk of hidden issues. Grant and the team at Truck Ranch in American Fork completely changed my mind. I live in San Diego, so I was buying sight-unseen from hundreds of miles away. Before I even committed to the trip, they went above and beyond: sending detailed walk-around videos, crawling under the truck for close-up inspections, answering every question I had, and transparently walking me through all the numbers (price, fees, taxes, etc.) so there were zero surprises. They were incredibly patient, flexible with my travel schedule, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. When I finally arrived, the entire process was seamless—I was in and out in under an hour. I can’t say enough good things about Grant and his team. I truly applaud them, I trust their process, and I now believe in the quality of vehicles they stand behind. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.
