Aislinn helped us get a work truck here. She was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very upfront and transparent. They were awesome to work with and we definitely didn’t feel the traditional haggle - sales pitch that you so often get at dealerships and we all hate. No hidden crap or other bs. It was so refreshing and maybe one of the best experiences purchasing a used car that we’ve had. I’d absolutely recommend Truck Ranch and especially Aislinn.

Everyone was extremely helpful here. I was look To get rid of an old truck and wasn’t having the best time with online ads. I asked for a quote and Brandon called me and was so nice about setting up a time to bring it in. I was able to bring the truck in and everyone there was very helpful and courteous and worked with me quickly. I’m very impressed with their kindness and them not being pushy at all. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. She did everything in her power to get us all the paperwork and answer a hundred questions. And while I waited for the paperwork she helped me look for a new truck. ****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.

I just bought a 2017 Denali 3500hd from truck ranch and grant was a pleasure to work with finding me the truck I wanted and Russ his supervisor did a amazing job getting me approved and the warranty and gap all in one solid price they did everything from find the truck I requested they brought it from another dealer ship took care of the emissions the detail and the paperwork all I had to do was sign paperwork didn’t have to deal with a bank just grant and Russ the vehicle buying process stresses me out and this time it was the most simple and easy day I’ve ever had when it came to purchasing a vehicle I recommend these guys 100% for everyone go check em out if ya want a great buying experience and good prices unlike these other guys that put wheels and tires on a truck and jack the price up 10 grand

I had actually been aiming for a different truck at the start that had ended up selling but he worked quickly with me to find some other options. All in all, definitely happy with my purchase and would definitely work with Nate again.

Cole and Jimmy were great to work with. They went above and beyond to put me in the truck that fit my needs. And got me a great deal as well. Well, this was fun! Watching my husband buy his dream truck. Cole and Jimmy stuck with my husband as he changed his mind,changed the truck details and added numerous things. They upheld everything they said they would honor. After the initial process he worked with JJ. JJ was very accommodating and swift to get everything in to bank.( this man did alot to make things happen as quickly as possible.) I really can't say enough about our experience but one thing is they felt like extended family. I think we will miss them. I recommend anyone looking to purchases a vehicle to visit Truck Ranch. If you don't live close it's definitely worth the drive.

I had been searching for my first diesel truck for about 3 years. I was shot down time and time again, either outside my budget or totally declined out of the gate. Every aspect of my experience with Truck Ranch American Fork was absolutely terrific !! I happened upon them while intending to go to the Ford dealer. Grant, the salesman, greeted me outside as I was about to walk in and he helped me choose just the right truck based upon my description of what I wanted. To the point, these guys are amazing! They could have raked me through the coals but didn’t! I was the guy that they not only saw coming but could hear me soon as I pulled up in my Durango with the knock of death! I was upside down in a vehicle running on 7 out of the 8 cylinders! They listened to me, even when I said I had a bank I was loyal to! They found a perfect fit and gave me a price 6k under kbb value to help me with my situation. They have an amazing 4 year unlimited miles factory matched warranty for peace of mind which is exactly what I needed at that moment. But wait… there’s more!!! AFTER signing on the “as is” deal, the tps came on and I noticed the tailgate was sticking closed along with some other small issues… any other place would have said tough but these guys jumped at the opportunity to help get it all resolved and every little thing I found “wrong” was made right at no cost to me! I’ll definitely be returning when I’m ready and 100% would recommend! Edited: Grant and Russ are all star guys! Thanks for the help!
