This was hands-down one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve always been hesitant to buy a used or pre-owned truck because of the risk of hidden issues. Grant and the team at Truck Ranch in American Fork completely changed my mind. I live in San Diego, so I was buying sight-unseen from hundreds of miles away. Before I even committed to the trip, they went above and beyond: sending detailed walk-around videos, crawling under the truck for close-up inspections, answering every question I had, and transparently walking me through all the numbers (price, fees, taxes, etc.) so there were zero surprises. They were incredibly patient, flexible with my travel schedule, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. When I finally arrived, the entire process was seamless—I was in and out in under an hour.
