We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased an 03 2500 and had it shipped to western New York. Working with truck ranch has to have been one of the most positive vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. Short of flying out to Utah to physically drive the truck, they made me feel comfortable with every question I had. They provided any photo or video I asked for so I knew what I was getting before it showed up across the country.

This was probably the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. It all started with me calling the dealership. Luckily, I got a gentlemen named, Justin. He took care of me and helped me get my son his first truck for his 16th birthday. I live all the way in Reno Nevada. Honestly, I don’t think I would have sealed the deal and drove out there if Justin didn’t treat me the way he did. We had everything done before I even got to the dealership. I have to preface this by saying I dislike negotiating with used car salesmen. This place was a whole different experience where we could settle on a decent price and close the deal in about 2.5 hours. No more whole day sessions with the salesman running back to hang out around the sales manager and wearing you down to give a little more. I had a very good experience and would recommend them to anybody!

Man buying a truck was painless! After being to some big brand dealerships, truck ranch was a breath of fresh air. Zero pressure, not trying to add on a million things, just super nice and wanting to make the car work for us. We will 100% be coming back for our next purchase, seriously you can’t beat them!
