Cliff and Josh at Truck Ranch in AF were fantastic in helping me select and find the right truck for me. I made an appointment, the F-350 diesel was warmed up, the test drive was thorough, they answered all my questions and Cliff explained to the difference between 5th Wheel and Gooseneck to me (my brain exploded). Truck Ranch does not have anything to hide and they are not pushy. This is a great truck dealer.

Amazing Experience at Truck Ranch My wife and I had been searching for the perfect truck for several months. We test drove vehicles, reviewed Carfax reports, read company reviews, and narrowed our options down to three trucks—two used and one new. After carefully evaluating the sellers’ reviews, company cultures, and personal interactions, we had decided on the new truck. However, as I was on my way to finalize the purchase, I noticed a used truck dealership—Truck Ranch—right next door. On a whim, I decided to stop in for one last look, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience at Truck Ranch was exceptional. Josh, the sales associate, had a great personality and a no-pressure approach. I told him my plans, and rather than trying to change my mind, he encouraged me to test drive a few trucks and answered all my questions. His professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire experience. He then introduced me to Brandon, the sales manager, who treated me with the same respect and courtesy. Having purchased several vehicles over the years, I was familiar with the traditional “sales games” that often come with buying a car. But times have changed, and so has the experience. With resources like the internet, Carfax, and online reviews, buyers today have more information and options than ever. Brandon understood this, and instead of pushing for a quick sale, he listened to my needs and treated me as a potential long-term customer. It was clear he valued trust and relationship-building over just making a deal. Russ, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process smooth and stress-free. One thing that stood out was the trust they placed in me—they let me take the truck home for a few days while we finalized the paperwork. During this time, I noticed a rock chip in the windshield that none of us had caught before the purchase. When I brought it up, Russ and Brandon immediately worked together to resolve the issue, splitting the replacement cost (at their cost) without hesitation. There was no argument or hassle—just a shared commitment to doing the right thing. In the end, I drove away with an amazing truck that I’m thrilled about. But more importantly, I chose Truck Ranch not just because they had a great vehicle, but because they’re a great company to do business with. Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. My wife and I stopped in today to look at a Chevy Tahoe we saw online after looking at a few other dealerships today. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Truck Ranch and are finally checking "get new car before the baby comes" off our list! I worked with Aislinn over the phone and in person. After we wrecked our car we had many hoops to jump through to get insurance to pay out. She did everything in her power to get us all the paperwork and answer a hundred questions. And while I waited for the paperwork she helped me look for a new truck. Honestly she got things rolling for me faster than anyone else did.

****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.
