Cliff and Josh at Truck Ranch in AF were fantastic in helping me select and find the right truck for me. I made an appointment, the F-350 diesel was warmed up, the test drive was thorough, they answered all my questions and Cliff explained to the difference between 5th Wheel and Gooseneck to me (my brain exploded). Truck Ranch does not have anything to hide and they are not pushy. This is a great truck dealer.

Amazing Experience at Truck Ranch My wife and I had been searching for the perfect truck for several months. We test drove vehicles, reviewed Carfax reports, read company reviews, and narrowed our options down to three trucks—two used and one new. After carefully evaluating the sellers’ reviews, company cultures, and personal interactions, we had decided on the new truck. However, as I was on my way to finalize the purchase, I noticed a used truck dealership—Truck Ranch—right next door. On a whim, I decided to stop in for one last look, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience at Truck Ranch was exceptional. Josh, the sales associate, had a great personality and a no-pressure approach. I told him my plans, and rather than trying to change my mind, he encouraged me to test drive a few trucks and answered all my questions. His professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire experience. He then introduced me to Brandon, the sales manager, who treated me with the same respect and courtesy. Having purchased several vehicles over the years, I was familiar with the traditional “sales games” that often come with buying a car. But times have changed, and so has the experience. With resources like the internet, Carfax, and online reviews, buyers today have more information and options than ever. Brandon understood this, and instead of pushing for a quick sale, he listened to my needs and treated me as a potential long-term customer. It was clear he valued trust and relationship-building over just making a deal. Russ, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process smooth and stress-free. One thing that stood out was the trust they placed in me—they let me take the truck home for a few days while we finalized the paperwork. During this time, I noticed a rock chip in the windshield that none of us had caught before the purchase. When I brought it up, Russ and Brandon immediately worked together to resolve the issue, splitting the replacement cost (at their cost) without hesitation. There was no argument or hassle—just a shared commitment to doing the right thing. In the end, I drove away with an amazing truck that I’m thrilled about. But more importantly, I chose Truck Ranch not just because they had a great vehicle, but because they’re a great company to do business with. Their professionalism, respect, and focus on building relationships made all the difference. I would highly recommend Truck Ranch to anyone in the market for a truck. Found the perfect 2021 truck we had been looking for on the Truck Ranch website, and loved all the detailed information it provided. We Drove clear down from Wellsville to American Fork to check it out. We didn’t arrive until after closing time and Cliff (the manager) waited for us. The truck was clean, and drove beautifully. We had a difficult experience with our truck due to a significant manufacturing defect that ultimately required extensive repairs, including an engine replacement. While the issues with the truck itself have been frustrating, I don't believe Truck Ranch was at fault. The sales team at Truck Ranch was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciate their assistance in providing a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop and their efforts to help us work through the situation with Ram. The experience with Ram has been challenging, but Truck Ranch treated us well and did what they reasonably could to help. I would not hesitate to work with their sales department again, and I appreciate the professionalism they showed during a very difficult situation.

My experience with Truck Ranch Logan has been a awesome experience. I was buying a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fro. Over a thousand miles away and my salesman Justin Olsen made me feel like I was there at the dealership. He sent me videos of the vehicle to show me any flaws which there were none, but that made me feel like I was there in person. The process for purchasing the vehicle from long distance was quick and flawless. They even sent me pics of it being shipped to me. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased an 03 2500 and had it shipped to western New York. Working with truck ranch has to have been one of the most positive vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. Short of flying out to Utah to physically drive the truck, they made me feel comfortable with every question I had. Truck Ranch was unlike any other dealer - in a great way. So easy to work with. No hidden shenanagans or last minute gotchas. Great inventory. Jake was incredible to work with and made it all worth the hike to Logan. He did a very thorough video walk through before making the drive.
