I was looking for a newer diesel truck Josh from truck ranch was very helpful and will find the right truck that fits your needs. The truck I decided to go with did not have the 5th wheel package that i needed and the team made sure I could get it. They also worked with me on my time frame. Im also from another state and they did it over the phone and a few emails and made sure it ships right to my driveway. Thanks Josh and truck ranch crew for the great experience.

They are great people. but there is a tricky. You'll need to read the agreement more carefully because they told me they will get me new key and fob ready. I got them in the mail and tried it. It didn't working so I called them and told me they needed to be reprogrammed. I called GMC and they said they charge me 60 bucks to program it. They did do nothing and backed off...all they said is they sent me a new key. That is it. They did not take care of customer better. They need to improve their customer service and more honestly. Edited: They contacted me and resolved! Excellent customer service! NOV 2024- I contacted them about warranty that my GMC dealership in Idaho could not cover some labor cost BUT Truck Ranch is very good take care of it!! Gain my trust with them and HIGH RECOMMEND!!! THEY DO KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS! 100000%

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. I worked with Aislinn over the phone and in person. After we wrecked our car we had many hoops to jump through to get insurance to pay out. She did everything in her power to get us all the paperwork and answer a hundred questions. And while I waited for the paperwork she helped me look for a new truck. Honestly she got things rolling for me faster than anyone else did.

****UPDATE**** Truck Ranch has reached out to me to try and make this right. What they've done for me, they've bent over backwards to correct this situation. With their post purchase response they've made me a happy customer. I've changed this rating to 5 stars for their help in rectifing the situation at hand. Thank You! (especially to Jesse) I love the truck that I bought from Truck Ranch on February 6th. I've just got a few issues that Truck Ranch has not addressed that REALLY bothers me. Beautiful nice running truck! First off, they told me they'd take $1,000 off if I bought the $5,000 warranty package and they'd get me Weathertech floor mats....that didn't happen (My Bad, should've kept a better eye on what was happening). I was also pressured by the sales manager into buying this truck now, they played the game tactic that someone was coming in that afternoon to trade in their current vehicle for this one, if I didn't buy it now. Also threatened that a wholesaler was coming in the next day to relieve them of this truck if it wasn't purchased that day? Didn't like the game they played! Next thing I have a beef with is that most dealers would top off the tank before handing over the keys, not truck Ranch...they filled it 1/3 of the way full and sent me on my way...pretty stingy! Last thing is them doing their due diligence and inspecting everything before putting this truck up for sale. I just went and checked the air filter and the cabin air filter and it looks like they had never been changed (See Pictures). The air filter was so bad I had to take a vacuum and vacuum the sand out of my air intake box! These items should have been checked and replaced long before I came along to buy this truck. Also found out the engine oil is low, so now I have to replace that too, along with the fuel filters. Needless to say, I'm happy with the the truck itself but not happy with the shortcuts the dealership took, just to make a buck.
