How do I know the offer link is real?
Every DealNow invite is sent from a Truck Ranch verified sender and tied to the phone number or email on file. If you are unsure, call your Truck Ranch buyer directly and ask them to confirm the offer link before you open it — they will know.
What happens to my driver's license image?
Your ID image is processed by Stripe Identity for verification and then encrypted at rest. It is used only to confirm you are who you say you are. Truck Ranch does not store your raw ID image on our servers.
What if I still owe money on the truck?
No problem. DealNow handles the payoff directly with your lender. You enter your lender and account info, DealNow sends the payoff amount straight to them, and you receive the difference. You never have to coordinate between your bank and ours.
Do I have to sell if I do not like the final offer?
No. You can review the full offer, ask questions, and walk away at any point before you sign. There is no obligation until your signature is on the document.
How does the truck actually get to you?
Once the deal is signed and payment is confirmed, you can drop the truck off at any Truck Ranch location or arrange a pickup with your buyer. We work around your schedule.
