Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of working with Justin Olsen at Truck Ranch in Logan, and he is the real deal. I’m incredibly particular, some might even say "picky" when it comes to my vehicles, and I’m always twice as cautious when looking at any used vehicle. I know what I’m looking for, I know how a truck should be built, and I have zero patience for sales gimmicks. From the get go, Justin spoke my language. He understood the "shade tree mechanic" jargon I spoke and exactly what a truck should look like and how it should perform for someone who actually uses their rig. He’s a man’s man who understands what a "real man's truck" needs to be, no fluff or BS, just the power and features that matter. I’ll admit, I’m a high-maintenance shopper and I sent a lot of correspondence his way, but Justin was lightning-fast to respond every single time. He was the definition of low-pressure and professional. Despite my constant questions, he never gave the slightest indication of being annoyed. He is a natural at what he does and clearly cares about the people who walk through those doors and the reputation of who he represents. This was probably the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. It all started with me calling the dealership. Luckily, I got a gentlemen named, Justin. Me and my wife came into Truck Ranch on July 26,2025 and Justin Olsen showed us a 2021 Ford Ranger. He was very helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable. When we were on our test drive Justin had my truck appraised. I was very impressed with the level of costumer service.
