Amazing Experience at Truck Ranch My wife and I had been searching for the perfect truck for several months. We test drove vehicles, reviewed Carfax reports, read company reviews, and narrowed our options down to three trucks—two used and one new. After carefully evaluating the sellers’ reviews, company cultures, and personal interactions, we had decided on the new truck. However, as I was on my way to finalize the purchase, I noticed a used truck dealership—Truck Ranch—right next door. On a whim, I decided to stop in for one last look, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience at Truck Ranch was exceptional. Josh, the sales associate, had a great personality and a no-pressure approach. I told him my plans, and rather than trying to change my mind, he encouraged me to test drive a few trucks and answered all my questions. His professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire experience. He then introduced me to Brandon, the sales manager, who treated me with the same respect and courtesy. I worked with Xavier on buying a new truck. He was super accommodating and friendly. I called on a Friday night after they had closed and Xavier called me first thing Saturday morning. I couldn’t answer so he worked through text to help figure out all the details until I could get to the dealership. When we were test driving they worked the numbers and were ready to give us prices when we got back. We noticed a few things that needed to be fixed with the truck, which Cliff was great with and got them all fixed. Russ was also great to work with for financing and it was so smooth to get everything signed. We are so happy that we got to work with Xavier, Cliff, and Russ to get the perfect truck!

Russ is the man! We cannot get our truck without his help and support. We bought a used truck, it is not perfect, there are a few things need to be fixed, but Russ is the man and get all done.
